ANALISIS MANAJEMEN RISIKO PADA PROSES CLEANING CIP MESIN EVAPORATING KOPI DI PT X DENGAN PENDEKATAN MITIGASI RISIKO DAN HIRARC

Abstrak

The manufacturing industry is an industry that processes raw materials into semi-finished products and finished products. This study aims to identify and analyze occupational safety risks during the cleaning process of the coffee evaporating machine at PT X. The method used is aquantitative descriptive analysis with a risk assessment approach, using the SNI ISO 33001:2018. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and literature studies. The results of the research carried out include eye contact with chemical liquids, skin contact with chemicalliquids, inhalation of chemical vapors or aerosols, spills of chemical liquids in the work area, leaks in the pipeline or mantel system, incorrect use of chemicals, and inadequate ventilation in the work area
