The evaluation of existing bridge structures is crucial to ensure safety, reliability, and service life. This study assesses the material quality of the PT MPPU Bridge through Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) Pundit Test, core drill test, tensile strength test of steel, and Ultrasonic Thickness Material Gauge. The UPV results indicate that the concrete compressive strength meets the minimum requirement of SNI 2847:2019 (≥ 21 MPa). The tensile strength test of steel beams also complies with SNI 1729:2020, equivalent to A36 steel (≥ 400 MPa). The thickness measurement of steel elements shows relatively small differences compared to the nominal thickness, suggesting minimal degradation due to corrosion. However, the core drill results reveal compressive strength values below the 21 MPa threshold, indicating variability in concrete quality. Differences between nondestructive and destructive tests may be influenced by concrete heterogeneity, moisture content, and material age. These findings highlight the importance of combining both methods for comprehensive evaluation and as a basis for future strengthening strategies.
