PENERAPAN SISTEM PENGINPUTAN DATA SAKSI PADA RUANG PELAYANAN SIDANG PENGADILAN AGAMA TIGARAKSA

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, manual data entry systems are deemed inefficient and require updates to maximize the efficiency of the trial process. The developed system is designed to facilitate the processing of witness data needed during court proceedings while improving accuracy and speed in service delivery. The methods used in the system development include observation, interviews, and literature studies, aimed at identifying system requirements and challenges in implementation. The development process includes the design and creation of web-based software, integration with the work environment at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, and system testing to ensure functionality meets the required needs. The results of implementing this system show an increase in efficiency in the witness data recording process, thereby streamlining the court proceedings and minimizing errors in data entry. The system also makes it easier for related parties to access and monitor relevant information more quickly and in a structured manner. Thus, the implementation of this witness data entry system successfully meets the objective of improving service quality at the Tigaraksa Religious Court.
